Products and prices
Prices are displayed in USD. Product pages describe the proposed material, color, size and care. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. Review your selected specifications before submitting a purchase. Product listings alone are not confirmation of order acceptance.
Payments and orders
By submitting payment through an available payment service, you authorize the charge for the total shown, including applicable shipping and tax. Order acceptance and fulfillment depend on confirmation through our order process. A payment attempt alone is not confirmation that an order has been accepted. Contact support if you are unsure of your order status.
Shipping
We offer free standard shipping to eligible U.S. addresses. Handling takes 1–2 business days and transit takes 3–4 business days after dispatch. See the Shipping Policy for the cutoff, business days and delivery area. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Returns and refunds
Returns may be requested within 30 days of receipt. The Return & Refund Policy explains conditions, responsibility for return shipping, the French return address and the 10-calendar-day timeframe for approved refunds.
