Shipping policy
Where we ship
We deliver to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses. Selecting a country in checkout does not make that destination eligible for delivery.
Shipping cost
All orders to eligible U.S. addresses receive free standard shipping. We offer one standard delivery method.
Handling and transit
Free standard shipping to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Handling takes 1–2 business days; transit after dispatch takes 3–4 business days. Estimated total delivery time is 4–6 business days, not a guaranteed delivery date. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Order cutoff
The daily cutoff is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago). This is a fixed UTC−06:00 offset throughout the year and does not change with daylight saving time. Orders placed before 7:00 PM on a business day use that day as the handling start day. Orders placed at or after 7:00 PM, on weekends or on holidays start on the next business day.
Delivery questions
