Returns & refunds
30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, the hat must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. There is no restocking fee.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Contact us for authorization before sending your parcel. Our return address is 6 Rue Des Foraines, 80120 Quend, France. Once authorized, return the item using a tracked service and provide the tracking details. U.S. returns are sent to France.
Who pays return shipping
If we sent the wrong item, or the item arrived damaged or defective, Etherglow covers the return shipping cost. If you change your mind, you pay the return shipping cost. Contact support to arrange the appropriate return method.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue; photos can help us assess it. Ordinary unused-condition and original-packaging requirements do not prevent you from reporting damage, defects or an incorrect item. We will work with you to arrange the appropriate resolution.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. For questions about a refund, contact our support team.
